What does "La meditation" means to us?

     The word ‘Meditation' is often referred to as a mental discipline; by which one seek to travel beyond the reflexive and enter into a much deeper state of awareness and relaxation. Your attention is directed toward a single pole, we will call that the departing point. Where we all start from, believing in an "All Mighty" and for us that will be our belief and trust in the "Grand Architect."

     Mediation can be used to achieve while not all inclusive: reaching an elevated  state of consciousness, greater focus,  increase in creativity, greater understanding of the self or just simply to obtain a peaceful mind.  Moreover, "Meditation" has also been thought off as a: "self regulation of attention, in the service of self-inquiry, in the here and now."

     In the process of "Meditation," several factors need our special attention and they are: "evaluate the intricacies of the mind (how the mind works) and become familiar with awareness. Once we know how a thought is formulated, what triggers thoughts, what are the conditions in which mind is prone to generate thoughts, only then can we take a leap beyond the cobweb of thoughts and experience the ever-flowing bliss. To understand all this, we need to cultivate and nurture attentiveness, alertness, vigilance and have a sharp microscopic vision."

     In this light, we seek to empower our members with knowledge, understanding, wisdom, compassion, integrity, develop experience, build discretion to reach this state of mind along with the capacity to use these learned and developed qualities to become themselves masters.
